What are the submission deadlines for the design of a dissertation?
Our design process is structured so that you do not have to worry about submitting files to the printer. We take care of that! However, we would appreciate receiving, at a certain point in the design process the final Word file of your dissertation. Until then, a draft version. You can find exactly when you need to submit a final manuscript, as well as the other submission deadlines in the design process, in the table below.

Prior to the design process, we would also like to get to know you, even if you do not have presentable files! However, once you are matched with one of our designers after the initial meeting, a draft version of your thesis is valuable. In some situations, you can also be linked even if you do not yet have a draft; for example, if your promotion date is in the distant future.
As soon as a design proof has been created based on your draft that you are pleased with, your designer will apply this design to your full manuscript. A final version of your Word file is required for this. To ensure you have enough time for this, your designer needs this appearance. 14 days for the proof necessary.
