Get your thesis formatted in a rush!
If your thesis needs to be laid out within 10 working days, we classify this as a rush job. We offer a special service for this. Essentially, this process can be broken down into 4 steps:
You can start preparing right away! From the intake onwards, your designer guides you throughout the entire process. The steps will be explained during the initial consultation as well.

Step 1Preparation
within 1 week
Day 1 After speaking with our coordinator, you will usually start working with your designer within a week.
You can already start making preparations on your own initiative. Please bear in mind that a rush design job takes at least 10 working days, and the subsequent printing process takes a further 10 working days. As for your manuscript, you can choose from our Template option or DIY option. The choice between these two depends primarily on the appearance of your current manuscript. If it is neat and tidy, choose DIY. If not, select one of our templates. For your cover, we offer our Basic option.

What do we need from you?
- Your choice between the DIY option or the Template option for the interior
- If you choose a template layout, make your selection from one of our templates
- A final, complete Word or LaTeX file of your thesis
- If you’d like a cover, the cover image
Step 2 Intake
within 1 week
Day 1 After speaking with our coordinator, you will usually start working with your designer within a week.
Our coordinator will contact you to go through the schedule with you. They will confirm your choices and review your manuscript. You will then receive a quote. As soon as you accept this, one of our designers will get straight to work for you. They will contact you to introduce themselves.

Step 3 Inspection
±2 weeks
±2 weeks The layout of your interior takes place in parallel with the layout of your cover. Together, this takes approximately 2 weeks.
Your designer will send you a formatted version of your manuscript. It is now up to you to go through it carefully. If you have chosen the DIY option, you can make the corrections yourself and send a new manuscript to your designer. With the Template option, you provide the formatted thesis with feedback and return it. In both cases, your designer will incorporate the corrections and send you a new version. You will also receive, if applicable, the cover, on which you can provide feedback as well. Once you have approved it, it’s off to the printers!
- You will receive a proof copy of your thesis for review
- With the DIY option you can make corrections to your original manuscript yourself
- With the Template option you add feedback to the formatted thesis and your designer will process this
- You can also provide feedback on any cover design
- You will then receive corrected versions
What do we need from you?
- A thorough review of the completed thesis
- Your feedback or any changes where necessary
- Your approval once everything is absolutely correct
Step 4 Printing
±2 weeks
±2 weeks It takes two to three working days to produce a proof and deliver it to you. You then make any final corrections, and after that, it usually takes about 10 working days to print and deliver all the dissertations.
As soon as you have finalised the layout, we will send the files to the printers. If your schedule allows, a proof will be provided, either in digital or printed form. Once we have received your final approval, we will then proceed to print. Thanks to your preparation and the dedication of your personal designer, you can look forward to a stunning end result!
