We take care of that! However, we would appreciate receiving, at a certain point in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.persoonlijkproefschrift.nl\/en\/how-is-a-thesis-formatted\/\">design process<\/a> the final Word file of your dissertation. Until then, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.persoonlijkproefschrift.nl\/en\/file-submission-specifications\/\">draft version<\/a>. You want to prevent this from becoming later, because then we can only switch to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.persoonlijkproefschrift.nl\/en\/rush-thesis-design\/\">express program<\/a>. You can then choose a predefined template for the layout, and we charge an rush fee.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Submitting proof<\/td>\n<td>At this moment, you are delivering <strong>designer<\/strong> everything this has shaped for your thesis at the <strong>printer <\/strong>for the proof. So you do not need to send the Personal Proof files to the printer! Together with your designer, you strive to make the proof as complete as possible, but you can still make a few changes after the proof. You will receive a confirmation when the files have successfully arrived at the printer.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Deliver production<\/td>\n<td>Here the sends <strong>designer<\/strong> the final print files to the <strong>printer<\/strong>. You will receive another confirmation of this submission. The design must now be completely correct. No further changes can be made after this date.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Book delivery time<\/td>\n<td>Finally, the delivers <strong>printer<\/strong> the books <strong>you<\/strong>. This date depends on your printer and any special modifications. If you have any questions about this, please contact your printer.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Prior to the design process, we would also like to get to know you, even if you do not have presentable files! However, once you are matched with one of our designers after the initial meeting, a draft version of your thesis is valuable. You can find the precise requirements for a draft version in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.persoonlijkproefschrift.nl\/en\/file-submission-specifications\/\">article on the submission specifications<\/a>. In some situations, you can also be linked even if you do not yet have a draft; for example, if your promotion date is in the distant future.<\/p>\n<p>As soon as a design proof has been created based on your draft that you are pleased with, your designer will apply this design to your full manuscript. A final version of your Word file is required for this. To ensure you have enough time for this, your designer needs this appearance. <strong>14 days for the proof <\/strong>necessary. Should you not meet this requirement, don&#039;t panic! In such a case, your dissertation will receive a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.persoonlijkproefschrift.nl\/en\/rush-thesis-design\/\">expedited procedure<\/a>. You can then choose from a few predefined templates to give your dissertation a beautiful layout after all.<\/p>\n<p>Once your designer has received your final manuscript, you generally do not need to supply any further files. Your only responsibility now is to finalize the design together with your designer in the run-up to the proof and production dates. As soon as these printing phases arrive, your designer will neatly submit the files to the printer.
