Filling out the form is entirely voluntary and only takes a few minutes of your time. It consists of three simple steps.

1. Uploading material your designer can use as inspiration.
2. Choosing style categories through a selection of covers.
3. Answering two short questions for clarification.

Uploading Material

Do you have any visual material for inspiration?  Don’t fret it if you don’t! You can always take screenshots of covers from our collection that you like—just a few is enough! Even only one will do, as a little goes a long way.

After uploading, you will be presented with the second and third steps, where you can further specify your design wishes through selecting style categories and answering two questions. Feel free to skip any part of the form you don’t want to answer. None of the questions are mandatory, except for telling us your name. You can answer the questions in Dutch.
