As said, very good. She was very accomodating and nice. Very fast response and really tried to understand what I wanted. Perhaps going hand in hand on the ideas and initial design of the cover with the customer. But she was great! Very friendly and understanding, and really wanting to please me and make my wishes come true 🙂
