Of course, content of the text and tables is the responsability of the author, but this should have been more emphasized. The hours spend on correcting these (often minor) changes was not always very transparent in my opinion. Overall Mirelle was clear in the communication, fast and put-out a nice design. She also responded in weekends and evenings, which was very convienient given my busy schedule.
